anyone think im over reacting....
I have been an O2 customer, in contract for 12 years. My contract was up last week so I moved to simplicity 30 day.
I have ordered a iPhone 4 from apple, so emailed O2 to ask for a micro-sim. They refused, saying I would need to go to my "local" O2 store to collect one. (30 mile round trip). I said, no thanks, I bought my phone on-line, send me a SIM or a PAC code.
They sent me a PAC code.... should I just move on principle? customer service is just not existent.
