Whereas Paul from Modaco said on Twitter that he very much doubts there will be a Desire Froyo update anytime soon. Though he said that goes entirely on past experience alone.

Im using MoDaCo r18.

I find it by far the best 2.2 port.

Be warned tho they have yet to get the camcorder working on 2.2 ports so far, so if you use it i would stick with 2.1 for now. If not flash away

I'm not getting along with my Desire like I hoped, the battery life is a joke, even worse than the iPhail. Texting on it also annoys me at times, the iPhail was better.

I can see me switching to the iPhone 4 at the first chance I get, I was much happier with my 3G than I am with the Desire.

I should also point out I'm not an Apple fan tard, I hated everything about them until I eventually gave the iPhone a chance and was mostly impressed.

Lol, just giving my input, I don't get how many people are so happy with it.

Here is an annoying thing, I was in the App menu, I tried to do a slow drag down of the screen, then bam, random app shortcut on my home screen. Why?

If you prefer the iPhone KB then install it Lazy mofo

It created a shortcut because your chubby fingers might have long pressed it for more than a second while you dragged your lazy chubby finger down the launcher tray
