mybackup pro doesnt need root, i used it to backup my apps & data before i rooted mine.

i use titanium backup, now i'm rooted

I backed up my vanilla rom earlier then loaded r17 from Modaco. However, if I try to backup, restore or load a rom the device reboots and then I just get an image of a phone with a red triangle and exclamation mark on the screen.

I've tried re-installing ROM Manager and tried with different roms. I've also booted up with the back button held down and chose Recovery with the same result.

If I take the battery out it reboots into r17 OK, but I want my original rom back, I'm finding r17 is a little sluggish in comparison.

Any ideas?

I'm still stuck with this guys, anyone know what the issue could be? Really want to get my original ROM back, I'm finding the Modaco ROM a bit sluggish and no FM radio!!

Yep. I ordered it last monday, as they said they were expecting stock on Tuesday. Turned out that stock was already gone (never mentioned that before I ordered..), now they have a delivery today from t-mob, but when I asked couldn't tell me how many they were getting, or if it'd cover my order. If it doesn't, they claim to be expecting a big order at the beginning of next week to cover all outstanding orders.

Just noticed that too. You never know we may get emails later saying they are dispatched... :p

However I only ordered yesterday so if next weeks order is the one that will cover all back orders I think that'll be the one mine will come out of. :(

Anyone know if the ones for T-Mobile are unlocked? They usually are from buymobiles aren't they?
 
Anyone know who to phone at T-Mobile to put me on the 3GB FUP? Idiots have put me on the 1gb one even though its just an upgrade through them, I'm pretty sure im on the 1gb because my speed appears to be capped around 360kbps?

I tried phoning 150 but you just get an automated message saying we can text the settings to your phone, just give me a english human to speak to!

I know you need to speak to "tech support" because customer services have no clue about it. Not sure on the number as I also need to ring, just checked and mine is capped at the same speed.
 
ARGGH!

When I want to send a txt, I start typing a name and it pulls loads of email addresses from my gmail account as "options". How can I stop this?
 
Ok homies, having been away for two weeks I have a strong "desire" to know what the latest and greatest is.

What's the current ROM of choice, where do I get it from, etc?

I have Modaco 3.1 (I think) at the mo. Also, Titanium Backup, so what's the process for backing up all my apps and APN settings and stuff to the same SD card I want to install the new ROM to?

Also, what are these OC profiles I see people talking about?
