Any text box, simpler just to smash the search button on the home screen then long press the search box and choose input method and then punch a hole into "Android Keyboard".

So we DO have different colours, just reading that thread on XDA about how the feller discovered a bug, we've got blue, purple, green, red, orange .. IS NICE!

Yeah im using cyan, and altho it's not actually cyan, its more like a mash of all of them, lol

No, lol, I mean, when I press the "phone" icon from LauncherPro, it gives me the option of Phone (People) or Phone (contacts).

Also, how long is a "long press" I'm holding that sucker down for ages and nothing happens

Coloured LEDs don't work on Desire! Just tried.

Working fine on mine!

I hadn't realised they'd added that and have been wondering why my LED was flashing blue

Maybe it's the Sparta ROM?

Must be a ROM thing, what ROM is everyone using who has coloured LED flashing?

Im still using modaco froyo rom.

Maybe post on the forum for the ROM your using to get someone else to try it?

Coloured LED's aren't working in Froyo roms, and there is an issue with the LED notification in general on most of the ROMs IIRC.

Altho just the colors are. I carn't get it to flash? I WANT IT FLASHING!

Just googled it, and khaaan do you have SMS popup enabled on handcent? As apparently that can stop it from working?

Just tried every other color and they all show up Orange except for cryan =\ Oh and no flashing on anything

Yup it's not changing colours with popup on or off, someone on XDA using the same ROM has the same issue too.

Got this but it won't install - cannot save backup to SD. Not sure what that's about as I have nearly 3GB free. Will try again later with another SD.

Maybe it is ROM related then.

But on the bright side if it is then it 'should' be an easy fix
