Couldn't agree more mate.
They had two disallowed goals, both for offside and both incorrect calls. When I say it was incorrect I mean video confirmed incorrect.

There are two main reasons why england won today:
1) The match was on the BBC
2) They didnt wear that god awful white kit
Time and time again we have lost on ITV, epecially when keegan is about. Stop ITV, stop Keegan = result!
Keep those 2 points in mind and we will be world champions.
Oh, and england actually played some ok football, not great but good enough

remember they also have 5* as big a population (not to mention any people like Donovan and pro athletes living abroad) - approx 310m to around 60m in the UK
While its still hard to take, the huge nature of the population makes finding 23 decent football players **** easy (and in another way - if you are an american and you want to become a pro athlete, possibly more money in football (as its less popular) - things like athletics/baseball / bassketball would have millions chasing after the dream so per person the pot could be far smaller in income etc etc)

Funny, I was thinking a similar thing before the match started. In my little superstitious way, that the red shirts would make a difference.
