True but even fri when i went in...asked one guy...he said maybe monday they will have some 32gbs in stock...asked another person...said they dont know lol.

Funniest one was ringing the lakeside thurrock apple store...you got any iphones in stock..nope....do you know when you will be getting some in...nope....click went the phone...im like ermmmm okkkkkk

Thats just ridiculous, I fail to believe that any of them don't know when their stock replenishment days are on.

Looks like the 9700 will have to tide me over for a little while longer.

Let us know what Regent stocks look like if you can, particularly 16GB. Will be cruising past there Thursday afternoon with a ~45 minute window...hoping to get lucky before hauling buttock to Heathrow!

Also, is it limited to 2 phones per person SIM free from an Apple store? or just 1?

Well, in Hong Kong, even the official wholesalers are only spontaneously informed a day before restocking. Don't know what it's like for Apple stores though...

Apple is seriously trying to be the wizard of the techno world.

well got mine delivered tody from O2. have so say the iphone 4 is a big improvement over my aging 8gb 3G.

screen looks so much clearer when comparing them side to side.

haven't noticed the wifi signal drop issue (can't comment on the 3g as still waiting for activation) that people have been reporting. Having compared the web browsing of the 3g to the iphone 4 it is lightyears ahead, by the time the iphone4 has fully loaded a page the 3g is about a third of the way through loading it and thats something simple like these forums.

overall this a big improvement for me.

I know that I will be definately missing the next upgrade and will probably go with iphone 6 or what ever it will be called.
 
Arrived when Mr UPS Man came to try and deliver today again....but by god was he right in that you "havnt seen anything" till its in your hand.

Ohh important question, where do I get cool wallpapers for the new high res?

Just google iPhone 4 wallpaper, loads come up, you just need wallpaper in the resolution (which I can't remember what it is, 640x something or other)
 
I've been trying to cycle my battery as it usually stay docked for most of its life. It's the first time I've wished a battery would just run out, all day it has been playing movies, using GPS with the compass, Leaving Real racing 3d game running, playing Angry Birds and with music playing in the background most of the time as well and it lasted over 8 hours. I think I'm more exhausted than the phone.

Now it's charging back up, don't think I'll bother doing that again. Seems to be a massive improvement in battery.

castle lane, that in the city? i was only going by o2 website stock updater thingy, which has been showing no stock since saturday morning i think
