Just a repost for all those who have recently bought the game in the Steam sales, here's a link to show all the ini file adjustments which make the game much better to play
Am looking for some regular players to play with on steam, don't have many people to play with yet so just pugging. Feel free to add me, steam user = 00S3LF00
Can anyone tell me why some missions that I track won't show a diamond on the hud so I don't know where to go despite the mission showing as being tracked at the side of the screen?
well its a bunch of 15/16 level quests, when im level 20, they are classed as trivial but I've just done a bunch of trivial quests - a couple that were as low as level 10 and the tracking for those worked so I don't know what the problem is.
Incredible game, they should amke more games like this the fps/rpg genre (like fallout3, mass effect), the co op gameplay is really fun, not that big of a fan of the cell shading though (sp).
I've got it and either going to play this or Metro 2033 after I finish Bioshock 2. Is it SP or MP? I don't know anything about it. I just went on a game buying splurge
Its a single player/co-op game for up to 4 people. So you can invite your friends to join your game to help you out in quests and stuff but if you are further ahead of your mate then he might not be able to complete the same quests as he might not have picked them up yet.
After a few hours and when you do your first boss you will understand it more. I did the whole game co-op and its was good fun but the game makes its harder but gives you better loot then if you played on your own.
Just played my first couple of hours of this, I can tell now it is one of those games I am going to enjoy for a while and then all of sudden get fed up with the repetitiveness and stop playing for good. If it wasn't for the loot I don't think it would be so highly rated, I mean the RPG elements or storyline (thus far) aren't a patch on Fallout3 or Deus Ex.
Fair play to them though for making a FPS version of Diablo, It's somewhat surprising it hasn't been done before (or at least not well publicized and successful). At least the framerate is good.
I just started playing yesterday as Lilith. Still got the beserker to have a go with yet. Lilith's Phasewalk is not as good as I expected, I thought she'd be able to fire whilst invisible.
