Finally you've got it sorted, I'm stunned as to how Orange just seemed to forget about your order, and how they know absolutely NOTHING when it comes down to stock issues

It's absolutely shocking how bad their Sales teams are, the guy on CS seemed to be able to find one within a few minutes so I have no idea how sales couldn't find one for the 2ish weeks I had the order placed with them.
Oh well, ordered now, should be delivered to my work next week. Just waiting on Orange to put the refund through on their side, knowing the monkeys I've spoken to in sales, I'll probably get the original order through in the next few weeks

I suspect the Retina display is gonna make my iPad's screen look pants though
