£641 on buying games from steam in 12 months

£120 over 14 months, not bad for 40 steam games. I have a ton of non-steam games though, so it's probably more like £300 over the year

Since the release of HL2, I spent around £30 on the orange box, £30 in the christmas sales and bought Red Faction Guerilla in the most recent sales 
What really funny & crazy is that i bought all these games and i gone back to playing through crysis 1 for a second time instead playing my new unplayed games
I try to avoid that but I did start playing Deus Ex (with gfx mods) again, also Test Drive Unlimited for some reason
Also another 'problem' I have is that I don't follow the hype and play all the best/latest games I have, I mean for example I have very highly rated games like Mass Effect, The Witcher, Dragon Age etc sitting around unplayed... but I decide to go for something pickup'n'play instead, so lately I've started/completed GM Rally, Conflict Denied Ops, Frontlines Fuel of War etc.
That's my weakness I think, I play mediocre racing/FPS games because I know I can just start playing them rather than getting bogged down early on in an RPG or whatever.

Go to steamcommunity.com, login, and the long number should appear in the address bar.
The steamcalculator is rubbish as it misses out games/addons and the prices are completely wrong due to steam sale bought games...ah found it cheers

i actually have about 45 games
The only way to do this is to add up all the prices one by one you have in your paypal or bank account or steam account..
I should bought silent hunter 5 or SC2 off steam instead of the retail versions ..I've just about managed to beat you with money spent over 12 months
