Quick question, I installed this last night, tried to quickly join a few games but kept getting 'disconnected after 10 tries' or something message. Is this just a case of the servers being extremely busy or is something askew here?

Just played this with 3 mates (on mumble) and its the difference like night and day when playing with pubs.
I actually spent more than 20 seconds without being set on fire by some idiot with no concept on friendly fire.

A good little game, and for free its quite awesome. I know of 6 people that haver signed up for steam just to play this, so if its a publicity they were after, then I imagine its very much working.

I just think this game would be massively more fun without FF

If some people must have ff, then put it on hard mode only

no ff would be laughably easy all just run around spraying flamethrowsers over each other.


If you can't stop killing your team take the tesla gun as it doesn;t do ff.

this has got paid DLC written all over it, and tbh its so good i don't mind.

They've given everyone the sdk though, anything they made paid for would just be copied and released for free.

got to rank 27 now i clicked the promote button, now im back at level 1 with non of my kit. Atleast people get to see a silver star next to my name

Some people on this game make me rage so ****ing hard.

The best 1 so far for me was on the last mission, I picked up the mining laser and dropped my ammo packs, then a randomer picked them up and threw ALL 3 of my kits down in 1 spot, when no-one needed ammo (He was using the Tesla).

Needless to say, he died via a mining laser to the face.

Have a look at FrenchTart's Alien Breed Steam Group or you could add people from the OcUK Steam Names List in my sig (I'm not going to bother adding a specific sheet for it as everyone should have the game since it's free).
