bit of a trip down memory lane for everyone,

i still kick myself everyday over letting her go :( big big mistake

absolutely loved this car, sold it to funs buying another taxi :(

so guys what do you regret parting company with? and more importantly would you have it back if you got the chance?

My e36 325i.

I had spent more than I paid for the car getting it back up to scratch, completely rebuilt rear end, uprated bushes and shocks all round, and it was lovely both inside, and out.

I then sold it to a guy at work, who ruined it within a month :(

EDIT: I'd never take it back now, as I know that it's more bent than is worthwhile trying to recover from. I would however have another e36 should the need arise.

1975 XJ Coupe Jag.

1973 BMW 3.0 CSi.

1989 500SL Mercedes.

They were classics, but of course not at the time. The rest of my cars come and go, i dont miss them.

Scoob :( Sold because i thought i wanted something cheap and fun but the itch was back within a month. A month after i sold it i got a company van / payrise too ... Really stuck the knife in :p

My Mk1 L reg mondeo 1.8 GLX saloon, I still see them on the road and think about all the money I have wasted on cars since and I still drive a 2ltr 4 door saloon / hatch, I could have gone on many a nice holiday.

Apart from that

Mk3 XR3i in White
H22a BB4 Prelude
Alfa 147 1.6 TS

No regrets yet.

You don't regret seeing your Mondeo in a state of ruin?

Just because you have upgraded and are 100% happy with the upgrade, doesn't mean that you are happy with what happened to the car you replaced.

Despite it being a nail, the e36 328i...but then I think that's just because it was the first decent car I'd bought. If I'd have waited 6 months I could have got a 2.5 engine from a friend when he binned his.

Oh and a pic:

The Saab, bloody good car :) - Still going to!

The MG I miss everyday, but then again, I didn't 'get rid' of that :p

the problem i find is that i'm currently looking at 4motions and i keep comparing them all to my old one and thinking nope dont fancy it. that said seeing the above e36's makes me want one again :)

maybe i'm a bit wrong in the head but i really miss this as well :(
