What film did you watch last night?

Watched 'Downfall' last night, I thought it was excellent and quite thought provoking.

Plus now I have seen the original scene that spawned a meme. :D
 
The 11th Hour - the American government are stupid
An Inconvenient Truth - America is stupid
The Great Global Warming Swindle - Scientists and activists are stupid
Fuel - the American government are stupid

Pretty much what they're all about, i know there's more to it but that's what they all seem to be saying in one way or another.

Thought it was about time I watched it on Blu Ray having owned it since it's release, suffice to say it looked brilliant even if the film itself wasn't quite as good as I thought it was in the cinema
 
Watched Death at a Funeral last night, was expecting this to be really good considering it starred Danny Glover, Martin Lawrence, Chris Rock and the sexy Zoe Saldana amongst others.

That'll be 1hour, 28mins of my life I'll never get back - 1/10 = utter crap!
 
Paranormal Activity - I had heard good things about this film, so deicded to watch it. The film is very slow to get going, and even when it does never real picks up pace. The acting is inconsistent and the boyfriend is seriously annoying as a character. Not much really happens and the two main characters shout at each other most of the way through, to the point where you don't really care what happens to them. However, the 'special effects' are very cleanly implemented and it does leave you wondering 'how did they do that?'. I personally didn't find the film frightening, but be aware that some may. I would never let my girlfriend watch this film as she would not sleep for weeks! You have been warned :) (6/10)
