I'd expect a courtesy car if I was buying from a franchised dealer. BMW gave me brand new 3 Series courtesy cars free of charge when I had £90 services on my 100,000 mile+ car, let alone if something they had sold me broke!
I think this dealer has bent over back wards for me so far
