As many have said, you'll likely still grow some more, probably end up about 5'6" minimum. Eat well 
Also seems to be a lot of tall people in this thread? Isn't 5'10" the average male height in the UK? I had actually heard it was less up north too, wierdly

So you havent grown in 3 months and you assume you've stopped growing?
I barely grew an inch between the ages of 13-16 then shot up by about a foot.
my brother did the same. he was renowned for being tiny at school. and now hes 5'10

I did a height check today. And I'm exactly the same height as I was 3 months ago. That's right, I've stopped growing. I'm 16 years old and I've stopped growing. I now stand at 5 feet and 4.25 inches tall
The worst part is that two of my friends at school were the same height as me when they first came to the school. Ie: they were 5'4 at 11 years old.
I'm not that concerned about my height to be honest. I see the funny side, and there's also plenty of girls within reach
Oh and before any of you lot say it, here's the obligatory:

Short people can go on to live full and successful life's. There hight is not a hindrance , just look at Prince (as in music artist) or even Tom Cruise (Edit),both doing well and completely sane and on the short side.

Ofcourse you're gonna grow, I mean, I'm not saying you gonna be 6ft2. But at 5.4 at 16 you will probably be 57.58 or 59 or maybe even 10 if you're lucky when you're 20.
How tall are your parents?
3 months isn't enough to say you don't have a growth spurt, growth spurts can take a couple of years to come, not 3 months. Sounds like you're obssessing about this a lil bit and even thou you seem to try to show people that you're taking it lightly, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that you are really affected by this and you should probably see a counsellor as these guys aren't joking when they say that small men syndrome really sucks.
Masturbation doesn't stunt growth thou, that's ridiculous, that's fairy tale stories that christian parents tell their kids so they don't "sin".

I stopped growing at 12, so you might be done for.
Nothing wrong with being short, just don't get obsessed with it.
My Fathers Uncle was 5"3, and during the 2nd World War he was in a troop glider when the tow rope snapped, the tow row sliced through the glider taking the top off most the troops heads, but as he was a short one, he survived.
So if certain situations being short helps, most the others it makes no difference and in other situations you will have difficulty. Its a hard life.

I've just come back from the pub after standing and drinking with 6 friends, all who are under 5'6 or so, I felt like a giant, actually it was quite awkward - being tall isn't all it's cracked up to be either.
