man tools requirement

I looked for a 'man' forum but couldnt find one, I presume that means I'm too wimpy to view it?
as such can you guys help me, I need to clear a garden, its hugely overgrown, trees, bushes, 6 tonnes of gravel (wtf in a garden!) etc..

I need to know what tools I should hire and which I might as well buy outright,

so far I reckon ill need

stump grinder
chainsaw
chipper
skip

anything else I should budget for? anyone with previous experience or potential pitfalls I might encounter, I'm guessing the garden is 25-30metres squared and an utter overgrown nightmare! what are the brands I should avoid and which should I aim for?

four-five inch trunks at least, mostly manky evergreen types, hedges are nothing special just incredibly dense.

its in the garden of a house I've bought and I just need to level it all

fire isnt an option due to shared fencing and a strong desire to not instantly annoy my neighbours

check got that, got most gardening hand tools just lacking the real man tools, checked out the price of them and wondered where it became more cost effective to actually own the tool rather than renting

This I recommend Napalm kills even the toughest of weeds!

Failing that try explosives Thermite or C-4 Should sort it!
