How's your day been?

I finished a commissioned article entitled "7 Incredible Structures Made From Bikes"
And started a commissioned article entitled "The Top 10 Worst WWF Outfits of the 90s"

I also made cottage pie.
 
Actually quite good. After a really rough year, I've accepted a job that will have me back on the right track and could mean really good prospects in the future if I apply myself.

Big weight off my shoulders and I finally feel like my outlook is changing for the better. Taken a long time but I'm glad.
 
Pretty good, didnt start work til 9.30, nice easy day and got home at 4.00. Probably have to make up for it tomorrow no doubt.
 
Woke up an hour ago, Bacon double cheese burger from BK for breakfast, now to get some beers and spliffs in and play Halo.

It is my weekend as I work shifts and this is my do naff all day. Although I am off for like 2 weeks anyway 'cos I am going on holiday. yippee.

Same as every other day... boring

Wake up at 12pm
Sit at computer browsing reddit and ocuk while listing to music occasionally giving live support.
4pm - Pack orders and Give to collection guy

Decent day, went out last night

Had some girl I just met buy me all the drinks last night, so in the end I didn't really spend that much money on drinking and yet got totally drunk

Woke up with a bad hangover, but texted the said girl and invited her out to grab some lunch

Went to the pub and had lunch

Went to my 1 hour of uni lectures for the day at 4pm, talked a bit with some mates

Just got home, and am thinking of cooking up some prawn stir-fry
 
Well I have been working hard today for little or no reward but hey you only have one life so why spend the time you have worrying. I'm now looking for a part time job to supplement my income.
 
Tiring, work has been manic, and I leave in 30 mins to....go do more work. It never bloody ends!
 
Pretty rubbish had bad toothache for days and after a morning of college barely alive doped on tramadol was told by the dentist my wisdom tooth is grown in squint and needs hospital to be removed :(

just rubbish day really lol.
 
Great! Just came back from a two week holiday to find the person who was supposed to be covering my job erm.....didn't. Thus a huge stack of timesheets on my desk, 600 plus unread emails and a phone ringing off the hook with angry drivers whose pay hasn't been right for two weeks. And to add insult to injury, I get a bag of post dumped on me that took from 11am to 4pm to open and sort.

I hate my job :(
 
Day just took a turn for the worse, apparently have a 9 o'clock lecture tomorrow morning. What the **** is 9 o'clock? :( :( :(
 
day just got better found out pending examination board I have provisionally passed my dissertation. MASSIVE weight off my shoulders 2 years I've waited for this qualification. However I won't even get a pay rise for it :( but right now I don't mind :) time to hunt for food!
 
Same old, got up, managed to get my brain into some sort of gear, walked the few miles into uni, plonked myself in front of this laptop and have been hesitatingly writing more of my thesis ever since. Few more hours then its back home to eat something before i goto bed and repeat tomorrow...

Think your viva was bad... someone I know just finished his PhD viva... they grilled him (literally) for just under 5 hours. They had to have a toilet break part way through... REALLY looking forward to that!
 
Took the car in for a service this morning then went for a 3 mile run.

Sat on my arse and browsed ocuk then played battlefield bad company 2 on the ps3 for a few hours online, picked the car up then had tea....now browsing again :D

I can believe it one thing I would recommend was to take a drink in, god knows I wish I had!
