How's your day been?

Surprisingly productive day at work and finished off by watching that creepy program on Scientology, Scientologists are actually phsycotic. They are really, unbelievably underhanded, evil and just plain made up and wrong. Crazy folks. Rant over.

Rather unproductive despite the amount of stuff i have to do. Also i'm rather annoyed at how busy the gym was tonight, had to change my routine as i couldn't get on half the stuff i wanted, stupid undersized uni gym.

My day has been excellent. Woke up with my boy, played a bit, took him to school. Went to see my wife and baby girl in hospital for a few hours, went to get my boy from school :)
Had food, took my boy to see his sister and he won't leave her alone, wants her near him all the time :)
Can't get any better than that :)

Applied for more jobs that i most likely won't hear anything back from. Got a long overdue pay review, might have well have been a slap across the face, it was insulting. (Yes, people will say be glad you got a rise, but when i'm still getting under paid by 50% compared to rest of the jobs i'm applying for, it's annoying).

Going through a quiet patch at work, selling the odd bit of gear. Having customers complain at me because i need to use their PC to actually fix a problem they rang me up with (Why do they expect me to fix it in the first 5 seconds of being on the phone to them all the time?)

Being told i can't have my weeks holiday off next month and it will have to be put on hold for at least a month.

From the start of next week, i'll be doing the job of 3 people for a month, and then the job of 2 for the considerable future. All this for pretty much basic wage. Awesome.

All in all, amazing

its been okay. Tuesdays is a lads day at work, no managers. so pretty much browsing the net and not doing nothing all day.

then the MD came in and ruined it all. tried to make me stay late. pffft.... i said no basically. i wouldn't have got paid overtime so im not putting my neck out.

Was going good, as I managed to knock off from work early, only for the DLR to royally put things inside my body where I do not wish them.

Ok I guess, no luck on the job front so far, but at least I have one to be going on with. Even if it does suck big time. Booked tickets for Bowling for Soup so I'm really looking forward to that, and decided what I'm being for halloween so at least I have a project to keep my mind off the fact all my friends are at uni.

Awesome day with the girlfriend. Done some autumn spring cleaning off my xbox games and now have a gift card with 46 quid for game. Ordered us dominos and had a few beers aswell to top the day off. Pretty good for a tuesday for me.

Well today has started badly I've pulled a muscle in my neck/back this morning whilst trying to catch some falling bread (how heroic am I?) I subsequently failed and now I have the lovely reward of no longer being able to look up or right. Which is good as I have a golf match tomorrow. Other wise today has been a good day.

Pretty poor. My masters project looks like it's going to be a PITA, and my supervisor is impossible to get hold of.

Had a bit of a quite day today, been testing our platform in preperation for next release and have a few tickets sotting with me I need to review but cant get motivated. Appart from that I have pretty much cleared my todo list for now. Hoping I can swing a lift home tonight as the weather outside is terrible!

Highlight so far has to be my ex wife's face when I told her I had started dating somone 3 years younger than she is :o :D

Scabs are falling off the new tattoo which is always good (can finally scratch my arm again)

Work is the same long grind it usually is (but still 100 times better than shovelling **** for a living I am told)

Had an awesome week.

Can't help but think it has something to do with me last week; being more giving. Gave a big issue seller £7.40, brought food in for the collegues, and donated all my account at the end of the month (£45+) to Zoltan's thread.

Nothing tangible has happened. Just a mentality. The rain has helped :)

Chin up everyone
