Jenson Button Escapes Armed Attack On Car

Is Brazil really this dangerous:confused:

It’s a very poor country, people live in shanty towns, good education comes at a price, job prospects are very poor. They need to survive so they turn to crime. The place has criminal organisations so yes it can be very dangerous.

Did the perps use mac 10s, and more importantly, how many minutes did it take to obtain them?

It isn't a poor country - just very uneven distribution of wealth.

When I was in Brazil for a few months I found it pretty safe - it really depends where you go.

I did have a gun pulled on me and my girlfriend... at about 2am in a park..probably wasnt the best idea for just the 2 of us to go there...

That sure does sound safe ;)

I'm just glad no one was hurt. Thumbs up for McLaren for providing good protection for their high profile drivers !
