Random things you've discovered about your Mac/Macbook

CMD + dock icon = takes you direct to location of app. Although, chances are they are all in your apps folder!

CMD + Clicking on a found search in spotlight takes you straight to the file too, quite handy when you search for a file and haven't a clue where it is stored!

Command + T during bootup = target disk mode for firewire.

It's just T, actually :p

T = target disk
C = boot from disk in optical drive
mouse button = will gob out any disc in the optical drive
ALT = select boot disk
CMD & ALT & P & R = reset PRAM (might be CMD & SHIFT & P & R, I can never remember)
D I'm sure does something but in all honesty I forget what, I might be imagining things
etc etc

CMD + Clicking on a found search in spotlight takes you straight to the file too, quite handy when you search for a file and haven't a clue where it is stored!

CMD & R will do the same thing without any mouse involvement

It will also take you to the folder location of a song in iTunes etc, the R is for 'Reveal in Finder'. Works in a few places
