COD Black Ops looks pretty good on PC

just wondering if they've fixed the lag and bugs yet, im considering buying this but only if treyarch fixed the early lag/bugs that ive heard plagued the 1st few days.

I've just played on two servers. Left the first server due to an unplayable amount of lag, joined another and it was perfect. Didn't stutter once. Both had the Union Jack in the server list.

It's based on S&D, but can be used for other modes. It pretty much sets a standard level of play, limiting weapons/perks and having no kill streaks.

Sweet man, I hate perks and I have kill steaks as well. Imo ruins the game.

I take it this would only be on unranked servers though?

Yeah would probably be on unranked servers, everyone is level 1 on promod anyway.

Might see if my old clan wants to start back up on CoD4 again until something happens in Black Ops.
 
Is it just me who gets annoyed when team mates steal your care package when you're standing right by it? Once they start to take it, you can't overrule them. Fine if there is nobody else near it, but otherwise wait and see if someone else claims it first. Especially when it's a crap one, but I could turn it into something better.

I've been playing it since day 1 and i've not had any problems. Set all your graphical settings to max, and away you go :)

Better than MW2 because of the dedi servers - similar gameplay, different maps.

Fair do's if you've been killed, but otherwise no, killstreaks are the fun part :D
