No, it's is capable of multi-pooping.
If your watching the Popes little ones getting dropped off at the pool, you need to use the boxes on the left and enter your details (I had problems of seeing the boxes using Opera with it).

Are they using real sewage system maps or is the route it takes just made up with only destination being real?
Also it makes me wonder how the sewage system actually works and what it looks like, it can't all be done by mavity surely?

No they aren't, I work in the Water/Wastewater business and I know the layout of the sewers roughly round here. I think it has the addresses of sewage treatment works stored and plots a route to them. Doesn't always get it right though as the sewage works here is only about a mile away, decided it wanted to follow the M8 motorway and head 8 miles up the road into a Glasgow sewage works.

It's done by mavity as much as possible but obviously given terrain sometimes it has to be pumped. What they try and do is make as much as possible mavity feed to the main sewer line then that main line is pumped.
You also get house's with individual pumps that kick up and into mavity sewers.
As to what it looks like, they are normally clay variant pipes (Fire Clay etc) with water and sewage running through them. In some areas you have sewers specifically for surface water (Drains, Gullies etc) and seperate ones for Sewage (#1 and #2) but most of the time the systems are combined so everything flows into the one sewer.
I won't ask how you know that.
