1 very good album and a few scattered gems is all. Apart from that they are pretty meh. The Axl Rose show is the biggest donkey flop going at the moment.

Appetite for Destruction is one the defining albums of a generation and is pretty much genius from start to finish.

Sadly after that they disapeared somewhat up their collective bottoms, The Use Your Illusion albums had a couple of gems on them in amongst some utter chaff and everything since has been laughable!

Live and Let Die, I know it's a cover but it's a brilliant one.

Lies and AfD are genius, never been able to listen to Illusion 1/2 all the way through, just bloated crap with the odd decent song.
It's a shame they imploded and Axl started the tribute band he tours with now.

Great once, now not so much.

I watched them live on several occasions and they were one of the greatest live bands ever. Unfortunately Axl Rose is a nutter and they went down hill the nuttier he got.

GnR pre-Use Your Illusion were worthy of the biggest rock band tag ...... when Use Your Illusion come out, bloated egos, drugs etc made GnR implode on its ass, the albums had some very good songs but some real stinkers as well ..... GnR of now is a joke, nothing more than a covers band.
