If you are playing it with a pad, you may as well play it blindfolded. You are missing the entire point on EVERY scale.
whilst a wheel is nice it is not pointless as you seem to state to play with a pad.
every other racing game out there can be played fine and well with a pad and it should not somehow dampen the game otherwise.
and they also have for once summed up the game nicely.I read that too lol.
But theyre the mainstream critics.... I want the reviews of the specialists. Sim Racing. Head over to their site. They also have a youtube page.
not all of them do actually, theres a lot of murky textures even on many of the premium cars both inside and out.Sorry but the premium cars look great (Inside and out).

and GT5. The strive for perfection means there is no soul left in the game. Everything just feels very static and boring, it seems like you are almost driving amongst lines of programming code (picture those final scenes in the matrix film), the hunt for realism is going too far in my opinion, it just proves to me that a computer game pushed too far into the hunt for realism/perfection actually never achieves that goal and goes back around the loop again. Reality is not perfect, nor should a game world be made to be so, it just feels so wrong.

Not that i'm complaining though
