£100 budget for a case and PSU

Basically there are only a few companies that manufacture their own PSU's seasonic being the main one that springs to mind.
Other companies simply rebrand PSU's under their own name... Corsair uses Seasonic (or used to) etc...
Brands with established reputations tend to charge more for their products, the advantage is their longevity and reliability, you will invariably get your money back 3 years down the line with a high quality psu still running fine.

In my opinion because of this i always say dont skimp on your PSU, it will still be running in 3 years if its good. As this is the case dont say, 500 watts or whatever is to much power for my immediate needs...
Think about what you might need in a few years and it will save you forking out the same again for a new PSU.

Good brands are: Corsair, Seasonic, OCZ, Tagan, Antec, Coolermaster, Zalman...

If you agree with the above then spend 100 on a PSU:

Or a 700w for 67GBP:

If not then this is a great 500w PSU:

this is my 50 cents having had good and bad PSU's

Jonnyguru is a good place to get clued up on good and bad PSU's. And what to look for to tell if a PSU is good or bad e.g the rail wattages not adding up to the total rating of the PSU etc...

See what i mean, i decide on one thing (that OCZ 600w one), then someone says to get something else. I really don't want to spend loads of money on something to then hear "omg you should've got this". I know everyone else different opinions but is it really worth me getting that Antec if i won't use 650w?

It's basically
OCZ StealthXStream 2 Pro 500w for £46
OCZ StealthXStream 2 Pro 600w for £51
Corsair 500W CX for £37

Or that Antec 650w for £70

I want to order tonight to get it tommorrow so please help me figure this out.

dude the reason that everyone says different stuff is because there is no real right answer. NO ONE does 3 year reviews to see whether Antec PSU's or OCZ psu's are popping after 24 months of use...
It really is hearsay, mostly on forums... Like this.
The corsair is a good price point, and a reliable manufacturer. OCZ are good, Antec are good. You wouldn't go wrong with any of these...
650 watts may not seem necessary now... but what if you want to overclock your 760 and chuck in another gtx460 in a few years? you will need that PSU then...

The Antec 650W has enough plugs and juice to power x2 5850's so I guess it should be able to power 460 SLI if you ever decide to SLI in the future. Plus its manufactured by Seasonic which are a very good make.

Myself I am getting a Coolermaster CM-690 II Lite and the Antec 650W PSU. Which is 130 pound. But if you cant afford that the Coolermaster 430 is a good cheaper alternative.

The motherboard i was recommended (and have already bought and recieved) doesn't support SLI. I don't mind this because last time i built a PC i overspent on a motherboard with all these capabilities i never ended up using and besides, if i want to upgrade graphics card i can just buy a better one rather than bother with two 460s.

That 690 II Lite looks nice but i don't think it justifies the extra ~£22 pricetag.
