I have been doing lots of wheel research (exciting life i lead) and you are in a funny price point - it really comes down to the Logi DFGT but thats £80 or you go to the Logi G27 £199 or on to the Fanatec wheels £300+

I think it comes down to if you want a clutch or not, the G27 was were i decided to go until stock issues and then ive gone mad and gone with a fanatec GT2 - mainly as i can then use it on 360 + PS3 so thats a consideration too!

Well I feel silly now, was making such a meal of it yesterday and all... Stuck a wing on the back put the gears a little closer and did it on the first clean lap! :cool:

Just have to get gold on the last one for all the seasonal events too, could only get silver last night and havnt got the concentration for it right now...

Top spot is with a time of 0:56.193.

My fastest is 0:58.102, ranked 2788th. Changes quite often though.

Does anyone know what the rewards are for these type's of races? Can't be spending too much time on them if there's no point :p
 
I'm trying to get the GT-R trophy at the moment so I'll check my precise time in a bit. As for prizes... no idea, there's nothing mentioned and with thousands of people taking part I wonder how they'll handle it.
 
Anyone have a car for the schwarzwald league B they can loan me for my B spec driver the M3 GTR just ain't cutting it in the extreme event he keeps coming 3rd

on a side note 1 million more credits and i can buy the formula GT :)
 
I have a hilarious M5 that you can use, but I won't be on till later tonight so hopefully someone else helps you out before hand!
 
Had my first "Urgh, can't be arsed with this game anymore" moment last night.

I was at the start of Lv24 on A-Spec and B-Spec so a mile away from levelling up. Looked at the number of laps in each B Spec race in the remaining Formula GT and Dream Car championships which you can't save midway through - no thanks. Settled with Dream Car A-Spec but was just so bored...

Think I may have hit my limit. Really struggle getting into games like I used to now.
 
I've already gifted today so I can't send till after midnight either but I have an Audi R8 I bought completely randomly just before I leveled up only to find the german event had opened up and now I had the perfect car for it :D Happy to lend you it, up to you which car you want.

Bennah: What car are you using? I've switched to the Mazda Kusabi Concept now since that seems to be what everyone is using (and it goes down to precisely 800kg after weight reductions). My time is 59.067, now rank 5187.

I can lend you my Astra if you want, I creamed that event using it. Saw it second hand for 500k and since I needed to do that event at the time I figured why not and bought it. Good choice it seems, with a little extra BHP it flies ahead of the pack :D

It'll have to be after midnight though (assuming I'm not lending my Audi out).

I think you can delete you current save, but I don't think you can have 2 saves on one account, not sure though, that might have been fixed in this patch.

If you do create a new PSN make you birthday today, then pick a year with some cool cars (I picked '67) and you'll get a gift car for it being you birthday. I got a Miura for mine :D
