anyone link me to a really good tactic?

I don't have the ability to spend hours making one for it just to fall flat on its face.

I used to play 4-1-3-2. It was good. Created a lot chances and score quite a few but leak too many goals.

I now play 4-5-1/4-3-3. I'm top in Jan. Hardly concede and haven't lost a game.
To be honest just use the default settings and perhaps change one or two things if needs to be that would apply to your players only.

That's my first team. I rotate with a few regens too. Wilshere seems to score lot using this formation. Before he would only score like 2 per season

will there be compatablity problems?

Iv been wondering this... Dont think there should be any problems as iv played a network game of the last one between windows and mac...

Just started the second season as spurs. I won the trebble first season so they gave me 40 million to spend. My Squad was solid but i had a LOT of deadwood on high wages. I sold all the rubbish and the board were so happy about the wages situation they gave me more money

My team is good already so i decided to get some younger british players. I bought Rodwell and Shawcross (paid over the odds for both ) and got David de Gea for in goal.

I just started my first game in FM2011, chose to start off with villa, but i'm having some serious problem with dicipline, i'm only 6-7 weeks into the season and so far around 5 of my players have been sent off, and they are getting a lot of yellow's in matches too, how i can sort out the dicipline? i went easy on the first few players but issued a warning to the last two, but i fear that won't stop it and its getting worrying, especially when your losing key plays in a game then through bans.

Also is there anyway to change a role of a staff? when i signed a coach, i accidently signed him up as a youth coach and obviously i cant assign a training schedule for him.

You could always get your best tackler, hopefully an MC or DMC, to be your "tackler-in-chief". Why does that sound dirty?! If I do that I get a player with 18+ for tackling to do that.

Haha yes, I gave myself an amazing striker. Wanting to see how long it will take to get the best of everything, like training and youth facilities, stadium etc with a really poor team. And the only way to do that would be getting a lot of money in from getting promoted every season on the run, because a stadium of only 6,000 doesn't exactly bring in a lot of money at the end of the season!

Do they always name it after you?? Id love to choose the name to the Nyron Nosworthy stadium or something (iv been singing Nyron songs since I signed him a few seasons ago)

Oooo and utajoker the saves are transferable between pc and mac! I checked last night in windows and it seams fine to work between the two.

Yeah something like that. Haha I think they name it after the clubs favourite people. I'm not sure how it works out how many people you get in attendance, wonder if I'll get over 30k never mind 60k!

Stadium is done and first match was against Leicester! Sold out and got a hefty £2.7m from gate receipts! Previous highest was £425k!!

I'm playing as OGC Nice (grew up there as a kid) and just won the Champions League! Lethal youth strike combination of Kadlek and Sanogo, added to a Turkish regen who is a wonderkid. Had an easy route to the final (semis were me vs Wolfsberg and Arsenal vs Barcelona!) and then beat Arsenal in the final - oddly I had them in the group stage too. The board still won't update my youth facilities though, even though they are just average!
