WHEY! Nice one tummy with the 5-0(Last season I beat them 6-0 at home which was a surprise)
Strange tip but keep a fair few players on your short list and as the seasons progress (3-4 in ) some players get stuck in the reserves, I use Fabian Delph and Nacer Barazite as the best examples, and they get offered to you for large sums, dont pay it (as no one else gets in on them either) and wait for them to be released. If you lucky (and pay a fair bit to the agent) you can get them in on free's and just blow the wage budget on them. My 2 examples are some of the best le champ players iv seen in FM, just so upset when I couldnt give Nacer a better contract....
Also nice one for getting Shelvey! Iv tried to get him on loan almost every season and now he's 1st team at liverpool(never wanted to join me on loan for some reason...)
The unbeaten season is impressive, I did it last year as soton without the save thing but its really hard to ensure you get good enough signings in at the start of the season to get the team working together quickly (and cups are never important as we learnt with the johnstones paint trophy last year in real life)
Was over the ****ing moon with that 5-0

I add tonnes of players to my short list to be honest, I always try and keep an eye on them whenever I can.
I can't explain the undefeated season, it was incredible to be honest. The team gelled very well and the tactics worked for the team.
Does Pacheco and Shelvey's stat improve in your game?
I tried getting them both on loan at Villa, but Liverpool didn't want to let them go, ended up buying Verrati (fantastic player!), Kums and Affellay, another top player.
Btw how do you bring your players back down to earth when they become too over confident? especially against weaker sides.
They're both good, I don't think Pacheco will be a World Class forward but he's okay for what I'm doing at the moment, Baxter just picked up an injury! He was in cracking form (did take 8-10 games to get going).
Bring them down, don't know really. I sometimes drop players that are doing well and try and encourage others to step up a bit.
Shelvey's coming along really well btw, has had a few incredible games for me and is almost the first name on the team sheet against the better sides ( I don't like to rely on him too much as I'm not sure if I'll be able to get him permanently soon)
