Hrm, prefer the Galil over the aug which seems to require a million bullets to kill someone.

Galil does 40 Damage vs 35 Damage for the Aug

Aug also has some epic recoil compared with the Galil too.

Modern Warfare 2 was £44.99 in game right until the point Black Ops came out

it won't drop in price.

£39.99 is the best price at the minute. PS3 and PC versions have problems, but Xbox360 appears fine.

It won't drop in price until the next one is out so even if you do buy it and hate it you will still get a decent price if you sell it.

Could be, played some more tonight with Ace and during the day with Bevy and we all enjoyed it. Best thing about it seems to be the lack of Ghost campers as there are no claymores, motion detectors, KS OR THE DAMN LAST STAND PERK you have to actually get in to the thick of it to win and so far we have won every single game played.

The only drawback is that it takes longer to level up and you don't obviously level up to pro perks but TBH Bops is a better game without everyone using Last Stand or camping for a CG and another plus factor is the pistol secondary is all of a sudden useful.

So far I think by far this is the best game mode and I hope Treyarch decide to expand on pure and put Objective in there as that would make the game for me.

Oh and I have seen Bops on 360 for £24.99

you just need to know where to look.

The Galil is an excellent gun. One of about the only 5 guns I use.

needs sleight of hand pro however as its reload is terribly slow.

was playing just now and got some crazy abuse from someone on the other side. Basically in all my classes i use the strela as my secondary weapon. One guy basically camped and picked off xmas noobs til he got his chopper gunner.

Now as soon as i hear enemy chewie, cg or heli, my strela is out instantly. I think i took 2 of his chopper gunners 5 seconds into him having control. Think he managed 1 kill from 2 gunners

never the less i got some abuse in the lobby after. rofl love it. this was the reason i prefer rolling thunder or dogs.

I use that anyway. Don't really bother with any other second tier perk. Apart from warlord if i'm playing HC.

It's amazing how much better this game is when playing with a decent team. Some good games last night. And it further strengthens my point of not playing demo unless it's with people on my friends list.

The only killstreaks that are of any use in this game are the blackbird, napalm, sometimes uav (a lot of people run ghost) and rolling thunder. Because as you say the killstreaks are worthless with the strela and ghost pro.

Bahh humbug, was just playing demolition, the host was sitting with full bar connection and the rest of us was on 1 bar, when does the game decide to migrate host, in the 3rd round with 10 seconds left on the clock :mad:

Also seems ninja pro is going to be far harder to get for me, have been knifing ppl in the back and yet not getting backstabber medals and usually miss on the 1st attempt

Is the party system broken? Me and mates are trying to form a party and it just doesnt seem to work..
