Missing Bristol woman confirmed murdered

If she decided to walk towards Clevedon/Nailsea then where she was found found would have been the right direction.

You're right, but it was freezing that night & from Clifton to where she was found is already quite a walk, let alone walking all the way to Nailsea.

Does anyone know
Were her body was found, did she have to walk that way to go home ?
Also
The stuff she bought from bargain booze, has that been found?

the booze was found in the flat. the finding location is not on her way home

also she left her keys, coat etc at the flat. she definitely went home at some stage

So the landlord has been bailed.... Not as if he is truly free to go about his business in his home town though what with the stupid public being, well, stupid.... If he is guilty then fair enough but if he is innocent then, even months from now, people will cross the street to avoid him.

The Press in this country need to take a good look at themselves IMHO. A lot of lives are ruined through idle speculation and, at times, lies.

Anyone want to meet up and then go torment the landlord?

Oh come on now, the lack of ;) indicates you might be serious.
Several here have commented on the lack of restraint by the media (which I agree with since in this country you are supposed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty) and posts have been moderated with a degree of respect.

However I have noticed a distasteful tone here on this thread which almost smacks of the mob-rule mentality.

Ok if your comment is meant in jest (this is GD after all!!) but comments like this are not helpful IMO.

This is a tragic story and im sure we all hope the poor girl and her family will get justice in the end. :(

Anyone want to meet up and then go torment the landlord?

Lets suppose you did and lets suppose he dies of a heart attack or due to the pressure commits suicide and lastly lets suppose there isn't any evidence against him or they subsequently arrest and charge someone else. What does that make you?

This is a very tragic case and I'm pretty sure the Police in Bristol probably have an awful lot more important things to do than charge vigilantes with Manslaughter.

So are there any other unique individuals we can point the finger at because they're a bit different? or are we onto the average conformist Joe now? :p

The fact at the same time as arresting the Ex Teacher weirdo landlord they also arrested some other bloke that lived there and took his BMW away for investigation says a lot about the media.. No one accusing him or digging up his past I see.
