***HEADS UP: MSI GTX 580 OC @ £399 Until Midday Monday!!***

webnote just keeps telling me to rma, how do you explain to someone stubborn and that doesnt read what you type that i want a 823mhz core card for £399 as ive already paid for it on credit card!.im willing for msi to pick it up and send me a new one and i can wait a few weeks no problem but nope that doesnt even get offered.

how long has it taken to even get a reply on the bios? so long that my DSR has ran out and all i got offered was a full refund which doesnt mention any delivery prices either to or from OCUK HQ.

if i accept RMA and buy ocuk 580 £399 one i lose the PRE OC,£12 original delivery+ return and postage for a second replacement.

£36 is what i stand to lose that way so i said to them i wont accept why not give me a game as long as the cards STABLE at stock and i havent been sold some crap buggy GTX 580 which is coming into my mind now as well :s

im trying to not be awkward but as i said the GFX card needs to be 110% stable when it goes into my OCUK bundle so i can know its not going to cause lockups , this wont happen IF i flash it myself a si canot test ATM

well im out lads im going to put my complaint into management which you can do via the webnote so hopefully someone gets me what i paid for.atm its nothing from webnote just sending me RMA forms when i said NO to a refund and thats all they say no communication at all and thats why ocuk charge higher prices in the uk is due customer support well its complete crap to be honest.

worst uk customer support i have ever had EVER.at least elsewhere they would have told me ok we messed up here have XXX for your trouble and we will exchange your card, OCUK on the other hand just ignore you or send RMA forms via email which dont mention thier mistakes,delivery refunds or whos expected to post the item.no doubt its me expected to fork out shipping twice for something thats got nothing to do with me at all.

OCUK think im gonna RMA and dissapear haha no chance when even the USA has been getting these wrong MSI cards.im going to ask on thier forums just what kind of service thier retailer gave them or what kind of service MSI would exepect a close uk retailer partner to give.

newegg also told thier customers to flash it.

replied in other thread, yes i flashed fine after burner showed the oced info rather than defualt. tho inbetween un plugging my wc'ed zotac 580 and this card my loop started leaking. so i drained my pc wont get distilled water till monday now
