Hey, I started with social anxiety about a year ago after being depressed. (Got really bad hardly went out or spoke to anyone). Sadly the only way to get over it is to put yourself in the situations that make you start with it, just dont rush into it gradualy build up and try and keep calm.

For the tablets they give me never really made me feel much better, they just used to make me feel weird (high) but not in a good way
in a away where i could hardly consontrate or anything so i stopped taking them.
Feeling a lot better these days, still get anxious but just try to calm myself down and carry on.
