I have been doing a google and looks like my Q6600 @ 3Ghz would be a bottle neck for this card.....what do you think?

Not really maybe a couple of fps, nothing big.

Try pushing it to 3.2-4GHz

How do you find the noise? What does the fan spin up to under Heaven load?

Mine went upto 55% fan speed during benchmarking everything maxed and 1920x1080. Hard to describe noise of course but too me it was not bad just above case fans and stock Amd cooler.

Hmm. It's not a bad clocker but 1900mhz. 52mhz increase on the memory locks up. Gpu runs fine at 860 got a 3dmark 11 of 6205

Well impressed tho. These cards ain't noisey at all. Less than my 5850 ref

I think 860 is the max I can get out of mine unless the shaded core is holding it back
