im waiting to see why ken is top tier in ae and ryu isnt, hes such a poor character imo, i play him and struggle to break down some players. they really mustv pimped him out.

right, im taking sf easy for a few days, gonna train guy and ibuki and play some zelda and mario kart, ive played too much, will have to get mvc3 as well and learn to mashhhhhhhhhhh

U actually said that Akuma is the best character in the game, and its all a matter of opinions to what Mago etc said, you stated Akuma being the best character as a fact (You could argue that the top three are Fei, Guile and Cammy pre AE anyway)

And if you don't beat Distorted, then you DO have a problem with Ryu (unless you think that beating out a normal takes away the problem from it)

I don't have a problem, I'm just saying you should give credit to whoever beats you, accept it and get on with it, mashing or what not.

At the end of the day, if someone likes to play as a particular character, that's fine. If someone doesn't like playing as or against a particular character, that's fine too. What isn't fine is making stupid statements or slagging each other off for playing said characters.

I bitch all the time about Balrog and Blanka for instance and the main reason why is because I struggle against them. It's up to me to improve against these characters, not for my opponent to change who they play.

I don't think it's that, more everybody else was hit with the nerf stick while Ken got hit with the nerf twig.

GGs to omh earlier, I was salty afterwards, getting bodied 4 times in a row and losing all your points does that to a guy.

I agree with what you're saying, but some people just don't see it that way. You strive to get better at the game, so you accept that you've gotta learn your bad matchups the hard way, but some people who DON'T want to improve and who just wanna play it casually will ragekick players/complain about dp mashing etc

Were all here to play the game n have fun anyway, lets stop the salty behavior lol
 
i am not trying to convince ryu players to change, but damn its annoying its just him online everytime. having to said that, i will bait out the dp mashings, but it doesnt mean i will like it or change the fact mashing is very annoying online, shouldnt be encouaged and a stupid but legit tactic.

btw i am not salty, just annoyed

In the first two game. There were a few times you had him in the corner and he tried to jump, I think you can d/hp or s/mp that
