This is like a small hub sat under your tv hosting all your media! sounds like a good idea to me, much better idea than the idiot who said sit your pc next to it or use a usb stick lol!
some people dont want a crappy small usb stick or a big noisy pc sat next to their slim tv.

Apple is a well known brand where people are familiar with their products.

It does allot more than that. Nearly every file format and extras like p2p. You just attach some storage and play from it.

But my X-box 360 does it too...it has 2 USB ports, its networked to my PC and it can see the HDs that's connected to my PC.
