We have a very rough area in Stoke called Bentilee and funnily enough all the houses have the stairs on the inside which means there's basically a 6 foot gap between the houses.
I've never understood why all Semi-Detached's weren't built that way.
The old woman in question (between me and the evictees) lives in the only detached house in the street.
It took me years before I realised why the gates are opposite each other on my end of the street but on the other end of the street a car will always park opposite somebody's drive.

My mate paid him £1000 a week and I always thought he was his 24/7 callout man but apparently they were all foreigners he was doing any time of the night.
I know that most of his money went up his nose.

It's a standing joke with my family.
Every now and then she will come round because she wants to know how to do something on the PC and she'll basically put her boobs on my back while leaning over.
My wife will keep looking over smirking because she knows I hate it and because the woman smells of fags, body odour & alcohol.
When she leaves my wife will keep teasing me about her wanting me.
Honestly, I would smash Dot Cotton before I smashed her and hopefully I'll never be tempted now :)

Yes. Putting children in care is both detrimental to the child and far more costly to the state.

Societies first consideration should be for it's children's welfare.

Besides the council are only obliged to find them accommodation, not pay for it. As the father has a job he will pay rent like anyone else.

He beat his wife until their kids all left home, she died, now he's taken to kicking people's cats or poisoning them. This is actually a nice area, but you just can't judge people by how nice their garden is :(

UPDATE -

Well they're not coming back because the house has gone up for sale.
Somebody is going to get a bargain because it's only £70,000 when the one next door to it is £120,000 but that shows what a state it's in.
The one next door to it may take their sign down now because they were only leaving because of them.
