I cooked this at the weekend (with mutton rather than Goat I admit) and can reccomend. the smell of the curry blend is out of this world

Cannot see this due to work being rubbish... But I'll check it out later, just gotta find me some good goat.

I used stewing lamb on the bone because I can't get hold of goat or mutton.

I'm sure you can get it online, or a good butcher may be able to source it for you.

TBH it's very similar to mutton.


This is what I had in Las iguanas the other week and it was beautiful, need to try and find a recipe for it.

it may be hard to find in Corwall, but most Indian shops/butchers will stock mutton

@ ahleckz iirc mutton shoulder is about £7 a kilo (enough for 4 as it has bones in it)
