Quick question about Titanium backup. I bought the pro version as I've been using it a lot but wondered how I go about wiping the backups I've done as everytime I restore them I end up with loads of stuff that I thought I had deleted already. There is a choice of delete user backups for un-installed apps and Delete all backups.

Is there any problem with deleting all backups then taking a new current backup?

So I S-OFF'd, and flashed CM7 and the CM7 boot table to my desire (it's horrible compared to defrost :( ) but I still only have 148MB of internal space on my phone (88MB free). Any ideas why?

Does anyone using Oxygen 2.0.1 suffer from bad battery life? I installed it on my phone and my missus phone and we're struggling to get a days normal use out of it now. She has gone back to LeeDroid it was that bad. Full wipe etc done.

I'm on 2.0.1 and can't say I've noticed much difference to previous versions.

I've not used Oxygen much due to it's bugs etc. but was hoping the 2.0 branch would be good. It is, apart from battery life. My missus was on LeeDroid and I was running ReflexTSenseHD and the battery life on Oxygen seems much much worse than both.

It's crap on all AOSP ROMs at present :p

Flash Thalimus' kernel, it's supposed to fix this although I don't know which version exactly but it's an older one.

Or use SAMBA/SwiFTP :)

I'm staying with CM7 ROMs, the wealth of options available have spoilt me rotten.

USB transfer rate is atrocious on that ROM!

Less than 100KB/s

This is the one you need:
http://thalamus.ineige.org/kernels/2.6.35/kernel-2.6.35.11_r7.zip

I use it on Oxygen 2.0.1 :)

Hmm, I've installed CM7 again now and it's only 1MB/s :p

Going to try that kernal. Are there any disadvantages to using it with CM7 over the CM7 stock kernal? May flash it to copy all my music and videos, then flash back.

Seems ok to me although I would steer clear of upping video bitrate in the camera apps available as I wiped my SD card today after recording a few minutes of video at an asylum using LGCamera @ 8000Kbps bitrate :S

Nope you will have to flash the relevant scripts for EXT support or use one of the custom HBoot files (Oxygen or CM) from Alpharev.

Hmm, not really keen on faffing around any more.

Also, any idea why I still only appear to have 130 ish MB of data space even with the CM7 table flashed? Is there any way to test that it was flashed successfully?

Cheers for the help :)

Fastboot's screen (top left) will tell you what hboot you're currently on, will say alpharev if it's stock, cm7 if that etc.

App data is stored on internal mem as is cache so space will get consumed over time too, again, more scripts needed if you want more free space but tbh it should be fine for most people.
