Wow modern civilisation and luxuries have turned half the people in this thread into pussies. It's only ambit of ****. Guess you guys don't go camping much!
The problem is, the OP is not camping

The OP is peeing in a bottle because he can't be bothered to go down some stairs. Also can't be bothered to wash his hands afterwards.
If he's peeing into a bottle in his own bedroom why would he need to wash his hands?
Urine is sterile.
Quick update before I go out riding.
No change in the samples. Last time it took about a day to begin to separate then another couple of days to fully settle.
Pics and method this evening.
Believe me, you really don't have to.

Is the OP my old housemate from uni? He used to pee in bottles and leave them around the flat. Thing is it was a one floor flat with only the two of us living there!
He once peed into a bottle of off milk and then just left it on the side in the kitchen!![]()

No, you should not have protein in your urine
Why do you pee in a bottle?![]()
I was going to post pictures but there is no change in the samples yet. Unless it would be useful as a reference point.
It would serve no benefit. As soon as someone responds with 'that's fine' or 'there's a lot of sediment in there' it would constitute medical advice and the thread would be locked. It'd be best if you left the pics alone, else some idiot would be bound to comment on their assessment of your health - it's down to you. If you're nervous about it, see a doctor. That's the only advice you should be taking from an internet forum.
Saying that, I'd like to see the pics out of professional interest. That's probably pretty weird...

+1 except my interest is purely morbid curiosity, thankfully chemical engineers don't have to dig around in bodily fluids... Egg-white "protein" huh? (referring to your previous post)![]()
Commenting on how much sediment is in there isn't medical advice, it's just making an observation.
