Okay so I've cut out all sugar, Caffine and as far as I'm aware all Carbohydrates...

It's been two days of eating like this and what I want to know is does anyone have any ketosis friendly recipies to recommend???

breakfast: bacon eggs
lunch: ham chicken
evening: steak
pre bed: quark

thats about what I would be doing!
or because im lazy i would probably do shakes all day (literally shaking due to no carbs as well!) and some chicken in the evening!

Yep really. Only around a gram of carbs per serving and has saved me from death by sweet tooth every time I've done keto.

You life saver... 3 days in and I'm almost having panic attacks when walking past sweet shops and the like! lol

I'm ashamed to say I ate tonne upon tonne of microwaved Herta frankfurters last time I tried ketosis.

My diet was pretty much

- bacon sausage eggs
- chicken with bacon and boiled eggs
- steak / pork chop / duck with a butter cream & cheese sauce

Disgusting really :p.

Well you can eat some veg, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, asparagus, mostly green stuff but not peas.

It does take a while to adjust to, plus one thing i've noticed, the lower the fat you hold the harder it is, as your body will fight to hold onto it.

Which is why im doing ckd, it's better to keep mass but constantly swinging between keto and carbs each week can be hard going.

You get bored of meat after a while, which is a bad thing!

You'll probably feel queezy at this suggestion but I drink it reguarly and it tastes great to me. Carb content is only a few grams from the spices.

Put into a blender pot:

3 raw eggs
2tbsps Butter
2tbsps Coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger.
2 to 2 and a half cups of freshly boiled water.

Blend it all up for about 20-30 seconds.

Politically incorrect suggestion maybe but as far as i'm concerned the high fat content comes from unprocessed, healthy fats. If you require more protein add another egg or 2.

Why is that a politically incorrect suggestion? Seems to be entirely the opposite.

I think he means that if you showed that to the general public their head would melt at the thought of all that unhealthy artery clogging brain exploding evil fat

lol!:D Yes that's exactly what I mean. It's a total misconception that sat fats are unhealthy imo.
