Well i've played the game and put in a good few hours
It's an AVERAGE hack and slash RPG, there are so many flaws which stop it from being a top notch game which is pretty much listed in many of the negative reviews so far. This is in no way a 8/10, i'd give it a 6 MAX on a good day. DA:O is way beyond this

You might be right that's it's a bad game since I haven't played it yet, I just dont get that people need to keep on posting about something they don't like :/
Because this game butchered bioware, and some people are strongly against having this constantly happen to every PC game and / or genre that they once loved.
Maybe if theres more whine, someone somwhere might listen and give us a new up to date isometric strategic RPG. Its not happening anymore, people want it, I want it, and stuff like Bioware dumbing their games down this much is maddening to the real PC RPG fans.
Oh, wait, right - we have Magicka: Vietnam coming out soon, thats like the closest thing we are going to get, but at least it has 1000x the awesomeness that DA2 does.

It's has a very ambiguous, but he is trolling. Not for disagreeing with peoples opinions on the game though.
That said... it is getting pretty stale listening to the same people whining about the same points.

just dont understand people constantly bashing games, my opinion is if you dont like the game then don't read the thread?
Some people have nothing better to do, unfortunately people who might genuinely want to discuss aspects of the game are going to have to put up with the old school butthurt RPG whores for a while.
Why not play a better game instead? Just about everysingle other RPG is better than this one, why waste time talking about a game that people have already managed to complete within 2 days of its launch?
What is there to discuss?
Or why not use the bioware social forums instead? Its a great place for fans of the game, any criticism there gets locked / banned.

Of course there are going to be better and worse games than DA2, obviously, but that has absolutely no relevance to anything. Nobody has said its the best game ever or anything close, but its very good even if you dont like it.
There are better RPG's are there? No way! So you ONLY play the one RPG that is the best and write all the others off?

I never said that? I suggested that he turn the difficulty up if he found the game as easy as he did.
I only played DAO on normal difficulty and found it tactical and challenging enough, if someone else doesnt, then thats why there are higher difficulties.
No, I just dont play obviously terrible games pretending to be RPGs when they arent. And yes, DA2 is a write off for an RPG, its hardly recommendable to anyone.
