Fair enough, it's not so bad if your not trying to low your bodyfat as I said. But would you not rather have *some* carbs that can be used by your muscles?I do an hour of exercise 6 days a week so the muscles/liver is constantly being depleted. I think the fructose problem is from people sitting around doing nothing and eating refined fructose like HFCS and fruit juice and turning themselves in to foie gras.
