I'm still undecided. Clearly he is a charismatic chap and passionate about these subjects, and very watchable. I can't decide whether he's watchable for those reasons, or watchable because he comes across as a bit of a bell end. I suspect it's the former.
I have the same issue with Nigel Slater's Simple Suppers... erm....
Spot on, dont care how celver he might be, he grins like simpleton and used to
be in one of the worst bands in history.
Spotted him earlier while flicking through the channels and spent a good couple
of minutes contemplating whether I'd rather set about him with a golf club or cricket bat. I plumped for the bat in the end...
Then he gets to the part where you either accept that 1.6 million species were on a boat at one time or micro evolution exists thus macro evolution.
It's kind of a problem for those who deny science.
