Fasting today, it's one day in the year so I think I can do it.
Btw there is no religious need to give up meat etc, it's simply a mark of respect etc.

Out of 365 days in the year, it's nice to give up something like food every so often. Dosen't hurt the body and keeps the mind focused.

Do some people eat meat every day? A day I have meat is more of a unique occasion.
