Letter through "Notice of Intended Prosecution" Average cam on M'way

Do you think I would risk accelerating in between these camera's when I pass the 2-3 mile stretch of them two times a day?

I think not.

I would hope not. Does the letter give you a time that could put you there and have you called them to see if they have sent a request letter to you?

I don't think it specifies a time, however it does specify a date of last Thursday, which would have been a day I was in work. However I only recieved the letter yesterday, which is very quick compared to what it used to be when the letters were being sent directly from the Police.

I havnt called, but will at some point, I have 28 days to respond to the letter, however I will call as soon as I get a moment

yea all the time. i just whack cruise control on at 48 and chill.

Some of us don't have cruise :( that was the only feature that I was gutted about not having when I bought my car a few months ago.

I have ESP and Climate instead however they skimped on the cruise control.

I guess this dispells that myth that the SPECS zones didnt work :(

You have to be doing pretty well to get a ticket through a SPECs zone, and become a member of a fairly exclusive club.

On the M4 J24 to J28 section, up to December last year, 43 million vehicles had used the road in the 13 months the cameras had been operating and only 6500 people received a ticket. BBC coverage here
