#61 of CM7 is Android 2.3.4, just prepping my zip ready for install now. 2.3.3 is smooth, VERY smooth. Compared to Nexus S in store I felt my Desire was smoother al round.

No, it's not. It's 2.3.3

Unless they reverted back for 7.0.3 (which is after #61)

It's 2.3.4, it says so in my build version and I certainly installed #61 nightly!

Also confirmed in the CM7 forum for Bravo.

i thought:-

nightly rom's - CM7.1 (2.3.4)
stable rom's - CM7.0.x (2.3.3)

although i've never bothered flashing a nightly, so may be wrong.

Normally the HTC Desire has 576 MB RAM, and I thought this should be accessible somehow.

But ok, last time I searched without success, this time however, I found my answers.
It's normal to have only 400MB, the rest (180MB) gets used for the kernel, radio, ...

I just thought that with Froyo the full 576MB are free, however, it seems it just was a myth.
So sorry for the question.

Trying to flash my radio through fastboot but it doesn;t see my phone. I've reimaged my laptop recently though so I assume I need an HTC driver or some such. Can't remembe what though. Anyone help me out?

Guys I'm well out of the loop, can someone give me some help.

I last updated my ROM around November, to whatever the latest LeeDroid was at the time (I like sense). At this time I did A2SD+ aswell and found it to be awesome, huge performance increase.

I want to update to one of the fancy new ROMs with gingerbread/new sense but I'm getting befuddled by mentions of RCSMIX and CM7 hboot malarkey.

I don't mind completely wiping my phone, I cba backing up my apps etc. anyway.

What do?

yeah i removed the bolt on and the sim card is sat in my draw, dont intend to use it, flog your desire for £200 on flee bay and the phone costs u very little.

no o2 markings, just a boot screen, which cane be removed following a guide and phone is unlocked

Drop the data package to the £3 option to get it to 13.50, order through topcashback to get the £90, and then disable the data bolt on once you have the phone.

Hey everyone I've been using cm7 recently as everyone raved about it but I have problems with it!
It'll frequently sign me out of Facebook, also happens when I restart my phone

Also for some reason pop ups stop working as well and then I have to restart my phone

Anyone else experience similar problems?

Have you got the Facebook app on your sdcard? I had it sign me out all the time when I moved it, put it back on the phone and it was fine again.
