If you believe in infinite time, then it is wholly possible for when you die to regenerate (i.e. by pure luck all your particles form together in exactly the same state as you were just before you died) a "trillion billion" (replace with an unimaginably large number) years later. You'll be dead so you won't even notice those years fly by. So you will die and then boom, you're back a googol years later.
Obviously the chances are incredibly minimal, but then ask yourself the chances of you being here right now![]()
The atoms and energy we're made of change all the time, in ten years you might be a completely new person in a sense, yet your awareness seems the same, we're more like a wave of information, so you might not even need to wait for similar particles to come together again, just something close to your brain structure to make another you.
