I certainly didn't get banned. I just went through a lot of email accounts in a short period of time... I need to try and retrieve it if possible.

I think I see what your saying, but again I'm not saying that Ocuk need to lose out, nor do I want to get a 'better' deal then guys back in the UK. I was saying that it would be great if we could just get a little discount off what the full price is. For example if sending a package to somewhere in the UK costs say £5 to Ocuk but a member in the UK gets this free, then it would be nice to get this £5 reduction to what the postage is to Ireland or the Highlands etc. We the customer would have course pay whatever the difference is.
Not sure this is practical of course, but this is just supposed to be a suggestion of one way that those of us that are loyal members both to Ocuk as a company and the forums, but are unfortunate enough to live outside the current 'free' delivery area.
just checked the delivery options - glad to see dhl there because (at least in the south uk) DPD are extreemly unreliable, rude and take no care of there packages whatsoever - iv had 1 problem with them form ocuk to my home address and many problems to my shop (30 miles apart). Last time i had to pick a parcel up (from what can be best described as a run down shack) the 3 people infront of me were all complaining. Im quite surprised you still use them tbh as i know ocuk pride them selfs for the service they deliver. Everything (bar DPD) has always been top notch - eg, after sales, rma, help/support etc.
DX Secure is for small items, DPD for larger items. So if buying a system it will be sent via DPD.
O right okay, so if I added my whole system it would come up as DPD as free delivery?
No worries at all.![]()
