Supplements have their place. If you are eating really well and training as hard as you can, adding in a few supplements can really help with this like focus, recovery, energy levels and making sure you don't lose any of the hard earned muscle.
FF, I wonder if that'll still be the case given rise to the 15% increase of cost with whey now......? Could be that supermarket frozen chicken breast starts to become more cost effective.....?!
