My official car holder has been delivered to me today. Will be testing it over the next couple of days. So far, I'm liking what I'm seeing :cool:
 
Is there a good value durable case made out of that gel or rubber to absorb shocks?

And is there a special way of putting the screen protector on because I cannot get rid of the damn air bubbles!

Google the 's-line case' or something along those lines, loads on ebay too.

Can be had cheaper than that though.

I found that if you apply just a tiny drop of soapy water to the screen before application of a screen protector it helps to 'massage' the bubbles out. The only easy way to ensure no bubbles is a good screen protector (Martin Fields screen protectors for example are a doddle to fit without bubbles apparently).
 
For those that are interested, Martin Fields have finally started selling stock of their screen protectors for the S2 on their official website with 4-9 working day delivery at £14.98

It also includes a lens protector for the camera which is a nice touch imo.

I had a martin fields on my BB. It just stuck to the screen perfectly with no bubbles. Street u getting one? Would like to see peoples opinion before getting one or not as my zenus case protects the screen pretty good without. I don't wanna take anything away from the quality of the screen.

Cheers for the guide khaan IV ordered all I need for the dash mount. Came to alittle over £12.

Will be sure to give detailed feedback when i've got it. It can't be any worse than this MFX one i've got now!
 
Anyone of you guys got a PS3 cotnroller to hand to test if you can pair it over bluetooth?
 
Has anyone confirmed whether the phone will allow external decoding of DTS via MHL? Was very disappointed to find the phone can't natively decode it as the majority of my films use DTS.

That is disappointing, maybe something like VLC player for Android will sort it out once its released?
 
If it's DTS then surely when outputting via HDMI if you conect it to an AV receiver then the DTS stream will be decoded and output as such?

Or your TV set if it supports decoding of such streams.

None of my media is DTS so I'm all OK in this regard, much prefer AC3!
