Lopez posted a screenshot; he's put the details exactly as you have... and got that quote. Do you really think he's faked it?

You've only added one named driver (male), add another, preferably female. Females make the most difference, though I find both sexes make some. Some people find males increase it. My quote earlier was fictional parents, one of each sex with a 15 year held clean license.
Corsa will have 5 seats, not 4, no idea if that would throw up any kind of oddity on their quoting system.
Try direct with Elephant or LV too, they'll ask for your previous best quote (I entered £1500 in the one I did earlier) and so they have a benchmark to compete with.
Beyond that, I don't know, perhaps your name is Mohammed Bin Bombing or something, as other than your actual name and email, nothing myself or Lopez are quoting with is fundamentally different as far as I can see.

Go and read the James07 carcraft thread, or any of the untold number of threads with young people thinking they know best, being put straight by those with experience but doing their own thing and eventually coming back grovelling knowing that in life, experience wins.
Experience insuring cars: Most of us have it, you don't. Lopez knows more about motoring than most people could learn in a lifetime of study - you really ought to listen to him. It isn't often that you will come across a group of people going quite as far as the Motors lot to help someone like you out.

When i did my quote, adding my sister and brother in law gave me more discount than my dad weirdly enough. Perhaps their occupation has more an affect or something. In truth, my sister and my brother in law would drive my car than my dad.

Did putting teacher as your occupation bring it down, just curious as to why you put that.
Just did LV and the results are below. I've used the same details as with other insurers directly, and with the comparison sites and this is the quote. I'm almost wondering if there's something incorrect on LVs parts here as it's far from what every other insurer has quoted (2 grand cheaper than what Elephant quote with identical details). Either way, despite our disagreement Lopez, thankyou for trying LV as it seems they make allowances for things no other insurer will. I actually did it again, putting this time that it would be kept on my drive instead of the road and it was cheaper still than the picture shown.
